What is an Angle?
An Angle is made from 2 rays that meet at some point (they have same end point). These 2 rays are called sides and the endpoint is called vertex. Angles are measured with the help pf protractor in degrees. Here are some examples of angles.
What are the Types of Angles?
- Right Angles: Angles that are equal to 90-degree exactly are known as Right Angles.
- Acute Angles: All angles with a value less than 90-degree are Acute Angles. In other words: These Angles are smaller than Right Angles.
- Obtuse Angles: Angles with a value more than 90-degree but less than 180-degree are Obtuse Angles.
- Equal Angles or Flat Angle or Straight Line Angle: Angles that are equal to 180-degree are known as Straight Angles.
- Zero Angles: These angles are those angles that never made an angle or never turned. This means all angles equal to 0-degree are called Zero angles.
- Full Angles or Full Rotation Angles or Complete Angles: An angle that completes its full turn (an angle equal to 360-degree) is known as a Full Angle.
- Oblique Angles: Any angle that is not equal to 90-degree (not a right angle) and also not a multiple or 90-degree is called Oblique angle.
- Reflex Angle: Angles with a value more than 180-degree and less than 360-degree are called Reflex Angles.

What is a Triangle?
A Polygon with 3 vertices and 3 edges is called a triangle. A triangle always has 3 angles. Here is an example of Triangle:
What are the types are of Triangle?
- Right Triangle: A Triangle with one right angle. (Such Triangles always have one angle as 90-degree).
- Acute Triangle: All three angles of such Triangles are Acute Angles (Less than 90-degree).
- Obtuse Triangle: One Angle of such Triangles have an Obtuse Angle (More than 90-degree, but less than 180-degree).
- Scalene Triangle: None of the sides matches each other (all sides are different).
- Isosceles Triangle: Such Triangles have at least 2 sides of the same length.
- Equilateral Triangle: All sides of such Triangles have the same length.
